Already have a site? Keep it online — $29/mo

Built, paid for, delivered in a week. A Washington, DC salon owner paid $497 for three sites — her salon, her second location, and her own stylist page — and had all three built and in her hands inside the week. I’d rather show you a draft of your own site than a wall of logos.

You work with me directly — not a sales rep, not an account manager. That is the whole pitch, and it is why the work moves in days instead of months. Here’s what it gets you.
You own everything. Your .com is registered in your name; booking, payments and hosting sit in your accounts.
Nobody takes a cut. Not us, not a marketplace — what you earn on it is yours.
Live in days. Not months, and you get the date in writing on the call.
One person. You sign with Sean, you talk to Sean.
See the work

Two live sites. Real work, on real domains.

These are not mockups. Both are real builds for a paying client — her salon and her own stylist page — live right now on her own domains, carrying her services, her prices and her words. The buttons are hers and they work: they call the shop and book the chair. Click either one and you are on the real site, not a demo.

The math

You started this business to do the work. You spend half your day on everything else.

7:42am

You're on a roof in Tysons. The phone rings — a property manager with three units down. You can't pick up. By the time you call back at 11, she's booked your competitor.

1:15pm

You're mid-job in Springfield. Your inbox has 47 unread. Three are POs. Two are angry. The rest you'll get to tonight, after the kids are asleep.

4:30pm

A tech texts that he's running 90 minutes long. Your dispatcher is at lunch. The 5pm job doesn't know yet. By the time anyone tells the customer, it's already a complaint.

9:48pm

You're at the kitchen table with three open spreadsheets and a pile of timesheets. You'll invoice tomorrow. Probably. The week's revenue is real, but it's still sitting in your head.

That's not a tech problem. That's an operations problem. And it's the exact thing we fix.

Two rungs. Climb them in order.

01 / THE FRONT DOOR
START HERE

Rung one — the front door. From $199.

Your own site on your own .com. Booking on the page, deposits collected before you hold the chair or the slot, your Google listing set up so people can find you, and every account in your name. Live in days, not months. Nobody takes a cut of what you earn on it — not us, not a marketplace.

02 / THE FRONT OFFICE

Rung two — the front office. $750/mo.

Once the site is bringing calls in, we answer them. Missed calls and after-hours calls get picked up, qualified, and turned into a text to you with the job details already in it. Quotes go out the same day. Follow-ups happen without you remembering them. You get one report on Monday showing what came in and what got caught.

What this replaces

You're already paying for the missed-call problem.

It just doesn't show up as a line item. It shows up as "we had a slow month" or "Bob undercut us again." Here's what your current system costs versus what we cost.

A receptionist in NoVA runs $20–$24 an hour — $50,000+ loaded, for 40 hours a week. We answer 168 hours a week. That's not us being clever. That's us not having a heartbeat.

And no, there’s no secret box. We set a proven answering engine up on your account, train it on your jobs, and run it day to day — you’re paying for the setup, the training, and someone who picks up when it breaks. Because the account is in your name, you can fire us and keep it running.

Our guarantee

On a website build: the $50 deposit that holds your slot is fully refundable until your first draft lands. Cancel before then and you owe nothing further. This is in the Terms →

On the front office: month-to-month after setup. If we can’t save you eight hours a week in the first 90 days, we tell you and we stop the retainer — no charge from month four until it’s working. This is in the Terms →

Three ways in. All of them yours to keep.

Every plan puts the domain, the booking and the payments in your name. The monthly is the care plan — updates, booking tweaks, Google upkeep — and it carries your domain.

Founding + Web — from $789/mo

The site and the full front office, one system and one bill. You pay the website tier’s own setup and monthly on top of the $750. With Booked & Busy that’s $499 once, then $829/mo. From client six the $2,500 front-office setup applies too.

Jumpstart — $1,000 one-time

One module built and handed over, no retainer. Good for testing whether this fits before committing to the monthly.

Workshop $1,250 · Opportunity Audit $2,000 · Custom quoted

A half-day with your team, or a one-week written plan of where the money leaks. Both credit 100% toward a setup booked within 60 days — or toward your first month, while setups are waived. Ten-plus techs or multi-location is quoted by scope.

Prefer to pay once with no monthly at all? Every website tier has a pay-once version — it’s on the Websites page.

Setup and monthly fees are typically a tax-deductible business expense — confirm with your tax preparer.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

What if I hate it?

The $50 build-slot deposit is refundable until your first draft lands — cancel before then and you owe nothing further. Once you approve the draft, it’s earned. That’s in the Terms, not just on this page.

How fast is it, really?

The one build I’ve done end to end went from payment to three finished sites in the owner’s hands inside a week. Yours gets a written date on the call, and if I miss it you hear it from me first.

Do I own it, or am I renting it from you?

You own it. The domain is registered in your name, so nobody can ever hold it over you. On a monthly plan we carry the ~$12-a-year registrar cost; if you ever drop the monthly, that bill is yours and it stays in your name. Booking, payments and hosting accounts are all in your name. If I ever stop operating, your license to everything I built becomes permanent — that clause is in the Terms today.

Who actually does the work?

Me. One person, in Arlington. No account manager, no ticket queue, no hand-off to someone you haven’t met.

SG

Sean Griffith. Arlington, VA.

I’m not an ex-contractor and I’ve never run a salon. I build the systems, and I say that up front because you’d find out anyway and I’d rather you hear it from me. What I can tell you is that you’ll talk to me every time you call, that the accounts are in your name, and that everything on this page you can check, you can check.

If I ever stop operating, your license to everything I built becomes permanent, so your site keeps running without me. That clause is in the Terms

Ready, or just want to ask something?

Book a time and we’ll look at how people find and book you today. No pitch deck, no commitment — you’ll talk to me, not a sales rep. Or start your site and I’ll come back to you with the first draft.
